Federation Headteacher The King Alfred Federation
The federation is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic leader for the post of Federation Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented leader to help take Athelney and Elfrida on the next stage of the journey.
The post holder will work under the direction of the Federation Executive Headteacher and enjoy the support of an experienced senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will be an expert in inclusive practice and will be able to ensure that the needs of all our wonderful pupils are fully met. They will be able to lead and inspire a large team of dedicated staff and engage with our parent, carers and wider community.
